As CEO of Grok, Inc., I help the next generation of Imagineers, Writers and Thinkers express themselves and learn about the world around them.
I spent over a decade building in consumer social, across early Facebook Pages, apps like Fanvana and Houseparty, and most recently Snap Inc., where I led product and engineering for the Creator Platform. The core experience I designed end-to-end is the feedback loop between Stories and Chat—reach on one side, relationships on the other—with monetization layered on top to align creators, their fans and the broader content ecosystem in Discover.
In 2023, I turned my focus to AI and built an early prototype of My AI Analyst, a reasoning layer between spreadsheets and strategy. That work made something clear: the intelligence isn’t the hard part anymore.

My work sits at the intersection of systems and storytelling across a variety of mediums. I spend my time designing how AI communicates, presents information and collaborates with creatives. The hope is that it turns into a playground for Imagineers: people who dream to ideate, write to bring photos to life and are willing to get it completely wrong sometimes.

- Acquired by Snap, Inc for the chatbot technology and group stories product thinking
- Led analytics for Lightweight Ads Interfaces (team reached 1M Daily Active Advertisers)
- Modeled risk signals using Palantir Finance to help detect risky traders and trades early
- Drafted and revised execution documents for an approximately $1.8B technology leveraged buyout, including the organizational book, rating agency presentation, and first and second lien public lender presentations
- Constructed full-flowing leveraged buyout models to evaluate operating scenarios, optimize leverage using varied pro forma capital structures, and forecast debt payout and returns
Researching strategy in systems where the game is only partially visible, including hidden players, incomplete information structures, and networked influence through Adler’s Algorithm

- Once earned, Crystals can be cashed out for real money in the Creator’s native currency in-app
- The cash-out value of one Crystal is pegged to $0.01 USD (stablecoin)
- To receive Crystals, creators must meet specific eligibility requirements and register their payout information in-app
- Semantic Scaffolding: maps tables from columns and rows into entities, metrics and relationships
- Signal Detection: runs non-human assisted custom statistical analysis on key combinations of features to detect meaningful group diffs
- Narrative Engine: assembles clear, defensible narratives using GNLP rather than ready-made LLMs
- LLMs in the Loop: interprets statistical signals into hypotheses and insights used for further exploration by a human interacting with an AI agent contextually
